Delivery & Returns
Firstly we would like to thank you for your order. Due to the current circumstances Royal Mail are advising there are delays to most of there services so delivery is taking a little longer than usual. Thank you for your patience and supporting our small family business.
If for any reason there is a delay in sending out your order I will contact you immediately.
Please make sure you include all the information needed to complete your order as this can delay your item been dispatched.

Please Note - Delivery times are an approximate and may take longer during busy periods. Please note that delivery times will be affected over bank holiday periods and an additional day may be added to the dispatch time.
* Please note working days are Monday - Friday excluding weekends and bank holidays.
Unfortunately I am unable to accept any returns of personalised items unless they are faulty or an error has been made on my behalf - please make sure you inform me within 14 days of receiving your order if this is the case.
